One network. Every part of pet care. Connected.
Caring for a pet can feel overwhelming — especially when information is scattered across apps, websites, clinics, product reviews, and late-night Google searches. Every new question often means starting over: re-explaining your pet’s age, breed, medical history, allergies, medications, or behavior to yet another service.
We built PetSpot around a simple idea: your pet’s care shouldn’t live in disconnected silos.
When your dog has a health scare, you shouldn’t have to repeat the same information over and over. When you’re researching food for a newly adopted cat, the platform should already understand your pet’s history. When you need help at 11pm, you shouldn’t have to start from scratch.
PetSpot connects health triage, nutrition planning, adoption matching, and product recommendations into a single ecosystem — with one account, shared pet profiles, and an AI assistant named Spot who remembers your pets across every site.
You create one PetSpot account and add your pets once.
From there, Spot can provide more personalized guidance across the entire ecosystem — without forcing you to repeat the same information every time you ask a question or use a new service.
Your pets, conversations, and preferences travel with you across the network, creating continuity between different areas of care.
The network currently includes:
We’re continuing to expand the ecosystem with new services and integrations over time.
Our long-term goal is to build a connected infrastructure for modern pet care — where health, nutrition, adoption, wellness, records, and everyday decisions work together instead of separately.
Spot is the AI assistant that connects the entire PetSpot ecosystem.
Spot helps answer everyday pet care questions, guides you through decisions, and provides continuity across different parts of your pet’s care journey. Unlike a generic chatbot, Spot can reference your pet’s profile, remember prior conversations, and connect information between different PetSpot services to reduce repetition and make guidance more personalized.
Because Spot can reference your pet profiles, past conversations, and prior interactions across the ecosystem, the experience becomes more personalized and useful over time. The more context Spot has about your pets — their history, routines, sensitivities, nutrition, and prior concerns — the better it can connect information across different areas of care and provide more relevant guidance.
Instead of treating every interaction like a brand-new conversation, PetSpot is designed to build continuity over time so you can spend less time repeating information, make more informed decisions, and ultimately provide better care for your pets.

At the same time, we believe responsible AI matters.
Spot is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional veterinary care. When something may require medical attention, Spot is designed to encourage users to seek help from a licensed veterinarian and help connect them with appropriate care resources.
Most pet services today operate independently. One app handles appointments. Another tracks food. Another helps with adoption. Another provides health information. None of them communicate with each other, and none of them truly understand the full picture of your pet’s life.
We believe pet care should be smarter, more connected, and more accessible.
PetSpot is our attempt to build that future — one service, one integration, and one experience at a time.
We’re building a system designed to help pet owners make better decisions with less stress, less repetition, and more continuity across every stage of care.
